There are pivotal moments in our lives. Moments that form our beliefs and personal truths. Our inner narrative is crafted from these moments and these truths. Many of us struggle with the tenor of our inner narrative, I know I do.
As we travel through our lives, we too often, allow the facts of our past to become the limiting self beliefs of our present.
